This Privacy Policy explains how Lukhoo LLC ("Lukhoo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, protects, and retains information through Lukhoo.com, the Lukhoo app, client portal, websites, communications, and related services. Lukhoo was formerly operated, branded, or referenced as Safe-Watcher. References to Safe-Watcher in older links, files, notices, account history, or service materials refer to Lukhoo LLC and the Lukhoo services unless stated otherwise.

Information We Collect

• Account and Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, username, password credentials, account settings, emergency contacts, and communication preferences.
• Client Content: Videos, audio, photographs, transcripts, notes, incident descriptions, uploaded files, chat or support messages, and other information you create or submit.
• Location and Incident Metadata: Precise or approximate geolocation if enabled, timestamps, checkpoints, device permission status, file metadata, upload status, and related event details.
• Device and Usage Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, app version, pages viewed, features used, diagnostics, crash logs, cookies, local storage, and similar technologies.
• Payment and Transaction Data: Purchase history and payment status. Payment card details may be processed by third-party payment processors or app stores rather than stored directly by Lukhoo.
• Professional or Attorney Requests: Information you submit when asking to be contacted by an attorney or other professional through the services.

Sensitive Information

Some information processed through Lukhoo may be sensitive, including precise location, recordings involving law enforcement or private individuals, incident details, emergency-contact information, communications, and uploaded documents. We use sensitive information only to provide, secure, support, improve, enforce, or legally comply with the services, and not to sell personal information or build advertising profiles.

Sources of Information

We collect information from you, your device, your browser, app permissions, service providers, payment processors, app stores, attorneys or professionals you choose to contact, and other users or third parties who communicate with us about the services.

How We Use Information

• Provide recording, upload, storage, streaming, transcription, alert, sharing, account, and support features.
• Send service messages, security alerts, product notices, account confirmations, and requested communications.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, verify identity, and protect users, Lukhoo, and the public.
• Improve functionality, reliability, accessibility, diagnostics, and user experience.
• Process payments, manage subscriptions, and provide customer support.
• Comply with law, respond to legal requests, enforce our Terms, and preserve rights, safety, and evidence where appropriate.

How We Disclose Information

• At Your Direction: With emergency contacts, attorneys, professionals, recipients, or other persons you select or authorize.
• Service Providers: With vendors that provide hosting, cloud storage, analytics, communications, transcription, security, payments, support, and similar services under contractual obligations.
• Legal and Safety Purposes: When required by law, subpoena, warrant, court order, government request, litigation, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, property, users, Lukhoo, or the public.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and continuity protections.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is used under California privacy law.

Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and analytics tools to keep you signed in, remember settings, understand service usage, detect errors, protect security, and improve performance. You can manage some technologies through browser or device settings, but disabling them may affect functionality.

Location, Camera, Microphone, and Device Permissions

Lukhoo features may require device permissions such as camera, microphone, location, notifications, contacts, photo library, or storage. You can change permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work if required permissions are disabled.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain backups, prevent fraud, and protect safety and security. User-deleted content may not be immediately removed from backups, logs, legal holds, or archives, but will be handled according to retention and deletion procedures.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, secure hosting, monitoring, and vendor controls. No method of transmission, storage, or security is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Rights and Choices

• Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, confirm, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or opt out of certain processing of personal information.

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Texas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other applicable jurisdictions, may have additional rights regarding personal information. Lukhoo provides notice of the categories of data collected, purposes of use, categories of disclosure, retention practices, sensitive-data handling, and rights-request methods in this Policy. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices.

Children's Privacy

Lukhoo is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users under 18 may use the services only with appropriate consent and supervision where required by law. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

Attorney, Legal, and Emergency Communications

Information you choose to send to attorneys, professionals, emergency contacts, or other recipients may be subject to their own privacy practices and obligations. Lukhoo does not control how independent third parties use information after you direct us to share it with them.

International Processing

Lukhoo is operated from the United States. If you access the services from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws.

Legal Requests and Preservation

We may preserve, access, or disclose information if we believe it is required or appropriate to comply with law, legal process, litigation, law-enforcement requests, safety concerns, fraud prevention, security incidents, or enforcement of our Terms.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates are effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of Lukhoo after an update means the updated Policy applies to future use.
